Effective leadership remains the cornerstone of productive workplaces and high-performing teams, the Agricultural Employers Association (AEA) conducted a Leadership and Supervisory Skills Training at Black Petals Ltd on 23rd –24th July 2026, bringing together supervisors and team leaders to strengthen their leadership capabilities and enhance workplace performance.
The two-day programme focused on imparting practical supervisory skills, effective communication, team motivation, conflict resolution, performance management, delegation, and sound decision-making.
Through engaging discussions and practical learning sessions, participants explored strategies for fostering collaboration, improving accountability, and creating a positive work culture.
The training reaffirmed AEA's commitment to building strong leadership within the agricultural sector by equipping supervisors with the knowledge and skills needed to lead confidently, inspire their teams, and drive organisational excellence.
