AEA conducted a general workers’ meeting at Carzan Flowers Ltd on 27th August 2026, bringing together workers, union representatives and the Agricultural Employers Association (AEA) to discuss key workplace and labour relations matters.
The session focused on promoting good industrial relations and strengthening workers’ understanding of their rights and responsibilities. Discussions covered labour laws, the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), workers’ welfare, and the importance of maintaining positive relations between employees, the union and management.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for workers to raise concerns, seek clarification on labour-related issues and gain a better understanding of the provisions governing their employment. The engagement reinforced the importance of open communication, social dialogue and cooperation in fostering a harmonious and productive working environment.
