The Agricultural Employers Association (AEA) held an Industrial Relations (IR) workers’ meeting on 12th September 2026, bringing together workers to discuss key workplace issues, promote effective communication, and strengthen employer–employee relations.
The engagement provided an opportunity to address labour-related concerns, enhance workers’ understanding of industrial relations, and promote harmonious and productive workplaces. Discussions focused on the importance of effective communication, mutual respect, and collaboration between employees, employers, and their representatives.
