AEA IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MEDIATION TRAINING INSTITUTE CONDUCTS A MEDIATION TRAINING.

The Agricultural Employers Association (AEA), in partnership with the Mediation Training Institute (MTI)conducted a Mediation Masterclass Training from 5^th -9^th October 2026 comprising two days of virtual sessions on 5^th and 6^th October, followed by three days of physical training from 7^th -9^th October 2026 at The Boma Hotel, Nairobi.

The programme aimed to equip HR and non-HR professionals with practical skills to manage and resolve workplace disputes effectively. Key areas covered included effective communication, emotional intelligence, collaborative negotiation, mediation techniques, ethical decision-making and conflict resolution.

Through interactive discussions, case studies and role-play exercises, participants gained practical insights into facilitating constructive dialogue, restoring trust and promoting harmonious workplace relations.

Through such initiatives, AEA continues to support its members in building effective workplace relations and enhancing their capacity to manage employment-related challenges.
