FCL CBA SUCCESSFULLY SIGNED IN NAIROBI.

The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between Farmers Choice Limited (FCL) and the union was successfully signed in Nairobi, marking the successful conclusion of the 2025–2027 negotiation process.

The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Wesley Siele, Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural Employers Association(AEA),Dr. Francis Atwoli COTU General Secretary, Felisters Gitau, Managing Director of Farmers Choice Limited, Grace Mandela, Head of Admin and Legal, alongside other key stakeholders.

The agreement reflects the commitment of all parties to constructive social dialogue, fair labour practices, and strengthened industrial relations. AEA congratulates Farmers Choice Limited, the union, and all stakeholders on the successful conclusion of the negotiations and the signing of the 2025–2027 CBA.
