The Association signed the Ranchers and Conservancy CBA for the period 2023-2025.
The event which was held in AEA offices was attended by Joint Negotiation Committee members led by the Management Spokesperson; Mr. Tom Sylvester and Union representatives led by their Spokesperson Mr. Thomas Kipkemboi.
Parties were pleased by the outcome and the efforts put by every member to see it to completion avoiding payment of piled liabilities as a result of a long delay.
Speaking on behalf of management Mr. Sylvester thanked the team for tirelessly attending negotiation meetings with a common goal that saw the realization of a double digit on wages and other terms reasonably agreed to.
