The Agricultural Employers Association (AEA) proudly welcomes its 12th Cohort of Interns. This new group of talented young professionals joins the Association to gain practical industry experience, strengthen their skills, and learn from experienced mentors in a dynamic work environment.

Throughout the internship program, the interns will have the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge, contribute to the Association's activities, and gain valuable insights into the agricultural sector. To address this need The  Agricultural Employers Association (AEA) successfully conducted a two-day training for Finance and Non-Finance Managers on 16^th and 17^th July 2026 at Cravers Grill Hotel Thika and was conducted by CPA Martin Waweru -Finance and Tax Expert and CPA Gibson Cheruiyot-Head of Finance and Administration (AEA) equipping participants with practical knowledge in financial management, budgeting, tax compliance, internal financial controls, and the implications of the Finance Act, 2026.
