After successful placement of all the 5 graduate interns engaged in the 2022 phase, the Association took in yet another group of fresh university graduates to train. The recruitment process that promoted meritocracy, equity and diversity saw more than 50 graduates express interest in the programme.
5 applicants in the HR and Legal Professions were picked to start the programme based on the NITA standards. The 5 were put on a 6 months contract and just like their predecessors they will vigorously be trained and exposed to practical aspect of their profession through visits to member farms across the country. Among the areas they will be trained on are;

- The wages order
- Grievance/Conflict handling procedures
- Disciplinary Procedures
- Accounting Reporting & Corporate Financial Management
- Computation of employees final dues/Terminal dues
After 6 months of intense training and exposure, the young graduates shall be ready for the market; ready to take up any tasks placed in their hands. We encourage members to be part of this drive by offering learning opportunities during their training whenever requested.
